Free School / École libre is a bilingual continuing education series for emerging and professional artists from Ottawa-Gatineau that sees SAW’s exhibition spaces transformed into a teaching institution. Offering a curriculum that few learning institutions deliver and speaking to artists in practical terms on a wide range of subjects, the series includes local, national and international speakers. All programs are delivered free-of-charge. This special 5th edition of Free School was held online and was open to artists living in Canada and internationally.
